Attorney Jason Feldman of Marysville, WA; ethical dwarf

The State of Washington presented Jason M. Feldman with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest with current clients
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.
