Judge Pavel Grachev of Russia; ethical troll 

 

Judiciary Inquiry Commission (JIC) found Judge Klah guilty of the following misconduct.

 

In one matter, the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Krasnodar Region agreed to allow initiating a criminal case against Grachev.

 

Judge Grachev is charged with delivering an unjust verdict in partially acquitting Anton Vasilishin, the former deputy head of the Temryuk District Administration.

 

Regarding the bribery episode, Judge Grachev was found innocent and was sentenced to one year in a penal colony for abuse of office. Mr. Vasilishin was accused of swindling with land on the coast of the Azov Sea.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Judge Grachev continues to sit as a Judge of the Temryuk District Court in the Temryuksky Municipal District in Russia.
