Attorney David Gibbons Jr. of Metairie, LA; lying loser

The state of Louisiana presented David Cartan Loker Gibbons Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Mississippi College of of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s legal matters
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to timely disclose his malpractice
• Misled [lied] to client regarding status of matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mikey.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Davey practices his brand of law at 127 Homestead Avenue in Metairie, Louisiana.
