Attorney David Ardoin of Thibodaux, LA; drunken loser

The state of Louisiana presented David Winston Ardoin with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested from driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davey.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Davey practices his brand of law at 114 Laura Drive in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
