Attorney Frank Abernathy of Brentwood, TN; greedy loser

The state of Tennessee provided Frank Gregory Abernathy with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly borrowed money from a client
• Prepared Last Will and Testament for client naming himself a debtor of her estate
• Named himself Trustee of a trust setup by the client for the benefit of her two children
• Made no disclosure to client re: conflict of being Executor and debtor to the estate
• Used confidential client information to his advantage
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Ordered to make restitution of $180,403.94 to his client [victim] Juditka Kasper-Fox

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
