Attorney Gary Abasolo of Jersey City; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Gary Clarin Abasolo with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
