Attorney James Seykora of Billings, MT; ethical gnome

The state of Montana presented James Seykora with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Creighton University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be candid with dealing with tribunal
• Failed to disclose exculpatory evidence
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Jimmy practices at 2601 2^nd Avenue North in Billings, Montana.
