Attorney Douglas Blackwell II of Cleveland, TN; moronic cheater

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Douglas Neill Blackwell II with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [moron]
• Failed to act with due diligence [slacker]
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate/decline representation when required to do so
• Failed to expedite client litigation     
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Charged and/or collected excessive fee [cheater]
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Doug!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Doug practices at 623 Broad Street NW in Cleveland, Tennessee.
