Attorney David Tider of Teaneck, NJ; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Jersey presented David E. Tider with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Revealed client information relating to client representation without the client’s consent
• Used confidential client information relating to his representation to the disadvantage of a client
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Davey practices in Teaneck, New Jersey.
