Attorney Nichole Phair of Sanford, NC; lying scammer

The state of North Carolina provided Nichole T. Phair with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Nichole guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• After judge continued matter of emergency custody request, Nichole then appeared before another judge to argue the matter without ever advising the judge that her prior emergency order had been rescheduled to be heard on another day
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Nichole by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Nichole practices at 1508 South Horner Blvd in Sanford, North Carolina.
