Attorney Alexis Plunkett of Henderson, NV; potty mouth bully

The state of Nevada provided Alexis Anne Plunket with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

• Arrested for allegedly making threats on Facebook in posts that discussed a “snitch” and used a rat emoji. (Debra Cassens Weiss)
• Charged with bribing or intimidating a witness and dissuading or preventing person from testifying
• In comment section of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, posted a woman’s mug shot and wrote: “This nasty creature is a known snitch.”

Alexis was previously charged with providing a cellphone to her then-boyfriend, client and inmate Andrew Arevalo. In late 2018, prosecutors sought the revocation of Alexis’ bail because had allegedly threatened to have her former boyfriend Arevalo killed in a text that said:

• “I’ve placed hits in every Nevada prison on Andrew with every homie and lifer I know.”
• “This POS [piece of shit] will never survive in prison now, he’s fucking with the wrong bitch.”
• “I AM NOT THE ONE.”
• I represent ALL the surenos [street gang] and he’s gonna GET It. Delete this.”

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Alexis cops a plea to shorten the amount of time she’ll spend in prison and how long it takes for the Nevada Supreme Court to order that her law license be revoked.
