Judge Christopher Ryan of Australia; misogynistic loser

The ACT Judicial Council found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Chris presided over the case of Franco Abad who was employed by Wilson Security who began began a sexual relationship an underage girl. A jury found Abad guilty of one count of sexual penetration of a child under 16.

After donning his Misogynist Hat, Chris had the chutzpah to sentence Abad to a two-year good behavior bond. This absurd sentence was immediately appealed by the Director of Public Prosecutions.

During the criminal trial and in the presence of the jury, Chris made the following misogynistic comments.

• “Abad’s actions were “readily understandable since the girl appeared much older than she was.”
• “And then he goes to bed and at an indefinite time thereafter he’s joined in bed by a nubile young woman.”
• Referred to the victim as “worldly.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Victorian Court of Appeal punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Chris continues to sit as a Victorian County Court judge in Melbourne, Australia.
