Attorney Jeffrey Aldous of Provo, UT; ethical gnome

The state of Utah presented Jeffrey N. Aldous with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law located in New Orleans.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Jeff!)
• Failed to comply with client’s request for an accounting of work performed by Jeff
• Conduct was generally negligent

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2019), Jeff practices with Aldous & Associates PLLC at 4262 Imperial Way in Provo, Utah.
