Attorney William Vaughn of Houston; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented William Kyle Vaughn with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

The District 4^th Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of his legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
