Attorney John D’Amato of Albuquerque, NM; slacker, loser

The state of New Mexico presented John James D’Amato with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client
• Failed to render full account of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2019) Johnny practices with the D’Amato Law Firm PC at 1112 2^nd Street NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
