Attorney David Silva of Las Vegas, NM; slacker loser

The state of New Mexico presented David R. Silva with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Marcos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with reasonable discovery requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Davey practices with the Silva & Grano Law Firm at 2313 Hot Springs Blvd in Las Vegas, New Mexico.
