Attorney Charles Whitehead Jr. of Natchitoches, LA; thieving slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Charles R. Whitehead Jr. with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to refund fees owed to client (thief)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Charlie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Charlie practices with The Whitehead Law Offices at 414 Parkway Drive in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
