Attorney Jeffrey Wittenbrink of Baton Rouge, LA; tax scofflaw

The state of Louisiana presented Jeffrey S. Wittenbrink with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to remit payroll taxes withheld from his employees
• Failed to file his own personal income tax returns

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Jeff practices with Carleton Hebert Wittenbrink & Shoenfelt, LLC at 445 North Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
