Attorney Steven Ainbinder of Boca Raton; ethical goblin

The state of Pennsylvania provided Steven Nathan Ainbinder with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The State Bar Court of Florida found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to promptly notify client or other persons of receipt of funds they had an interest in
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client and/or other persons

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Stevie fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at http://www.thebermanlawgroup.com.

Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Norm practices with the Berman Law Group at 23123 State Road in Boca Raton, Florida.
