Attorney Raouf Abdullah of Upper Marlboro, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Raouf Muhammad Abdullah with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Raouf guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to ensure firm had effective measures to assure all attorneys in the firm conformed their conduct pursuant to the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct
• Ratified conduct and/or failed to take remedial action to mitigate various misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Raouf by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019) Raouf practices with Raouf M. Abdullah & Associates LLC at 14714 Main Street in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
