Attorney Theodore Frazier of Lincoln, NE; slacker

The state of Nebraska provided Theodore Frazier with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to conclude all matters relating to a trust matter
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Teddy practices with Frazier & Frazier at 233 South 13^th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
