Attorney Richard Schultz of Gastonia, ND; ethical leprechaun

The state of North Carolina provided Richard B. Schultz with a law license in 1975  after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to questions from trust account compliance counsel after a random audit
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dick!)
• Failed to properly reconcile his trust account
• Failed to promptly remove earned fees from his trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dick by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Dick practices in Gastonia, North Carolina.
