Attorney Paula Blair of Nashville, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee provided Paula Ogle Blair with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the Nashville School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Paula guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to follow trust account rules
• Withdrew client representation shortly prior to trial

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Paula by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Paula practices at 211 Donelson Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
