Attorney Walter Grantham II of Hixson, TN; Idiotic slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Walter Edwin Grantham II with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Walt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Walt practices at 2895 Northpoint Blvd in Hixson, Tennessee.
