Attorney Jack Schoer of Cumming, SC; lying loser

The State of South Carolina presented Jack L. Schoer with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Assisted non-lawyer in illegal practice of law
• Made a false statement of fact or law to a third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Jackie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Jackie practices at 1950 Buford Dam Road in Cumming, South Carolina.
