Attorney Michele Braukmann of Billings, MT; drunken felon

The state of Tennessee presented Michele Lynn Braukmann with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Michele guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, the Montana Supreme Court suspended Michele’s law license on a temporary basis after she was found guilty and sentenced for felony child endangerment and misdemeanor aggravated driving while under the influence.

All that remains now is to see what permanent punishment will be meted out to Michele by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), after her license is reinstated, Michele will likely be practicing again with Moulton Bellingham PC in Billings, Montana.
