Attorney David Capasso of New Orleans; cheating loser

The state of Louisiana presented David Augustus Capasso with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Disciplinary Board found Davie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Mishandled client trust account
• Failed to promptly refund an unearned fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Davie gifting him with a complimentary stayed 18-month suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sittingon the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davie.
