Attorney Shannon Reid of Gastonia, NC; slacker, repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented Shannon T. Reid with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Travis guilty of the following misconduct.

Shannon’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Shannon!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Shannon gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Shannon’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to pay client court costs after being paid leading to the suspension of the client’s driver’s license
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to respond to fee dispute facilitator (Screw you, said Shannon)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Shannon gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Shannon practices at 1421 East Franklin Blvd in Gastonia, North Carolina.
