Scott Beall of Germantown, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Scott Thomas Beall with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Instructed North Carolina client to shred duplicate account statements that client had illegally taken from a former employer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Scotty practices at 1000 Ridgeway Loop Road in Germantown, Tennessee.
