Attorney James Bell of Knoxville, TN; lying criminal

The state of Tennessee provided James A.H. Bell with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Found guilty of criminal contempt by federal magistrate
• Intended to obstruct the business of the court
• Fined $5,000 be federal court for lying

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Jimmy practices at 10 Emory Place in Knoxville, Tennessee.
