Attorney Michael Baytosh of Gold River, CA; Dumbo

The state of California provided Michael Joseph Baytosh with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to obey court orders
• Failed to provide discovery responses to opposing counsel
• Made misrepresentations regarding status of discovery response
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Harmed client and employer and administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mikey.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Mikey practices with the Baytosh Law Firm at 2377 Gold Meadow Way in Gold River, California.
