Attorney Billy Casey of Shreveport, LA; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Billy R. Casey with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly remit funds owing to third party

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2018) Billy practices at 6007 Financial Plaza in Shreveport, Louisiana.
