The Tri-County Hearing Panel No. 79 found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Misconduct resulted in harm to clients he was not allowed to represent
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
