Attorney David Freedman of Miles City, MT; slacker

The state of Montana presented David S. Freedman with a law license in 1983.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to properly preserve client funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
