Attorney Charles Allen Jr. of Roanoke; convicted criminal

The state of Virginia presented Charles Robison Allen Jr. with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie delivered contraband to incarcerated client without first obtaining permission to so act from the jailor. In so acting, Charlie knowingly violated Virginia Law.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Charlie practices at 120 Church Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia.
