Attorney Paul Collins Jr. of Purcellville, VA; slacker, scofflaw

The state of Virginia presented Paul Byron Collins Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Refused to withdraw from case when required to do so
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended for his failure to pay mandatory annual State Bar dues and to meet required Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Paulie practices at 231 West Main Street in Purcellville, Virginia.
