Attorney Jami Ferrell of Memphis; ethical leprechaun

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Jami Keith Ferrell with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Jami guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jami by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Jami practices at 123 East Cherry Drive in Memphis, Tennessee.
