Attorney Sharon Florence of Baton Rouge; ethical leprechaun

The state of Louisiana presented Sharon Yvette Florence with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Lousiana State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sharon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to decline representation when required to so act
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induce another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Laetitia practices with the Law Office of Sharon Florence at 4919 Jamestown Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
