The state of Michigan provided Theodore T. Sandberg with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School. Teddy received a law license from North Dakota in 2009

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #67 found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by Wayne County Prosecutor’s guidelines
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to follow Prosecutor rules re: dismissal of felony firearm charge
• Failed to follow supervisor’s pre-authorizations for sentencing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Panel punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
