Attorney Brandon Moreno of Reno, NV; thieving Dumbo

The state of California provided Brandon L. Moreno with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Stanford University Law in Oakland, California.

The California Bar Court found Brandon guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Engaged in misconduct involving 22 loan modification cases
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)
• Improperly withdrew from representation
• Illegally practiced in states he was not licensed in
• Knowingly collected illegal fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Calfiornia State Bar Court punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brandon.
