Attorney Margaret Bach of West Allis, WI; serial scofflaw

The State of Wisconsin presented Margaret Bach with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Margie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in extensive and acrimonious litigation on behalf of her disabled son
  • Prior to receiving law license, she was appointed as her son’s guardian
  • Her status as guardian was later revoked
  • Despite guardianship being revoked, she continued to attempt to advocate on her son’s behalf even after being enjoined by doing so by the Milwaukee County Circuit Court
  • Knowingly violated court injunction to cease involvement in son’s affairs

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2017), Margie practices at 10321 West Manitoba Street in West Allis, Wisconsin.
