Attorney Ty Willihnganz of De Pere, WI; scofflaw, repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin presented Ty Christopher Willihnganz with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Ty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to inform court, clerk or opposing counsel license suspended
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination

As one would suspect this wasn’t Ty’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Ty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2017), Ty practices at 2077 Lawrence Drive in De Pere, Wisconsin.
