Attorney Romualdo Gonzalez of New Orleans; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Romualdo Gonzalez with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Rom guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Failed to properly handle client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Rom by gifting him with a complimentary 20-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Rom practices with Braden Gonzalez & Associates at 228 Saint Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana.
