Attorney John Fortuno of Cleveland, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented John Patton Fortuno with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exchanged inappropriate text messages with a client
• Created a conflict of interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Johnny practices in Cleveland, Tennessee.
