The Lord Chancellor and Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Made inappropriate comments in chambers
• Inappropriate comments made in presence of fellow magistrates

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Justice Cheema-Grubb, both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
