2017 Oscar: Best Fake News Performer

The Academy is proud to announce that this a new category intended to reward America’s finest performers in dispensing Fake News. As one can imagine, the competition for this award was quite intense.

The eventual winner and the four losing candidates for this Inaugural Award are listed below. All of them deserve special praise for their innate abilities in fabricating daily falsehoods. Unfortunately for them, there can only be one winner in the field of Fake News. I’m confident that these four losers will work even harder next year to garner sufficient votes to unseat Sean Hannity.

And the 2017 Oscar goes to:

Sean Hannity: Fox News Comedy Network

There is no dispute that Sean is the Heavyweight Champion of spewing forth Fake News. If it weren’t for Fake News, Sean would not have anything to report on. In addition, he relishes being a compliant lackey and stooge for Donald “Trumporleone” Trump in dispensing Fake News on behalf of The Don.
