Attorney Steven Fisher of Meridian, ID; ethical gremlin

The state of Idaho presented Steven Fisher with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Prepared accounting of time and expenses for client conditions on client’s acceptance of both the settlement amount and competence of Stevie’s representation
• Charged and collected excessive fee
• Failed to obtain written informed consent from client to continue the representation when had had a personal interesting in obtaining a release of liability from the client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Stevie practices with the Fisher Law Office PLLC at 1859 South Topaz Way in Meridian, Idaho.
