Attorney Jerome Volk Jr. of Kenner, LA; lying loser

The state of Louisiana presented Jerome M. Volk Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jerry knowingly made a statement that he knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualification or integrity of a judge.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3- month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jerry.
