Attorney Thomas Wilkinson of Gretna, LA; criminal

The state of Louisiana presented Thomas G. Wilkinson with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Divided fees between lawyers not within the same firm
• Committed a criminal act
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Tommy practices with Twin Tire and Auto Care at 320 Huey P. Long Avenue in Gretna, Louisiana.
