Attorney Lawrence Babineaux of Lake Charles, LA; idiot

The state of Louisiana presented Lawrence Babineaux with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to exercise impendent professional judgment in advising a client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to protect client interest upon being terminated

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Larry practices with the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office at 901 Lakeshore Drive in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
